Private Rooms & Meeting Spaces:

All of the private rooms and meeting spaces are available for rent and can be modified to accommodate any special event. The private rooms are equipped with a bar, audio/visual connections, and WI-FI. Dress it up or dress it down, either way Billy Bob’s can provide the perfect atmosphere for your meeting or party! Take advantage of our full service catering options that can provide hors devours and complete meals for your guests. No party is too big or too small- Billy Bob’s goes the extra mile to ensure your occasion is a success.

Texas Club:

This room will accommodate up to 150 guests in a comfortably rich ranch-style setting.  Earth tone furnishings provide the perfect backdrop for your wedding accent colors.  In addition to having its own private restrooms, this space features a private 40 foot marble bar, and state of the art HDTVs throughout the room.

Guitar Bar:

This room will accommodate up to 120 guests in a fun Honky Tonk atmosphere. The display cases of autographed guitars, walls of neon, and flat screen televisions offer the essence of Billy Bob’s in a private setting. The large windows look out into the club so your party won’t miss out on any of the excitement! The bull riding arena and restroom facilities are just steps away from the Guitar Bar. Let our acoustic and electric guitars serve as the backdrop for your next party.


We can handle large events too! Billy Bob’s Showroom hosts country music’s biggest stars every Friday and Saturday night and is available to rent for your large scale event. We can accommodate dinner parties, trade shows, seminars and private concerts with seating for up to 1,900 guests. The showroom is non-smoking and houses multiple bar stations for quick and easy service. Tables, chairs, stages, and dance floors can be configured to meet your needs. Let us put the Honky Tonk in your Texas size event!

81 Club:

Located just across Rodeo Plaza and steps from  Billy Bob’s Texas, this 10,000 sq-foot private space is perfect for groups of up to 800 guests. The dining area’s neutral décor can be customized for your event, and  features a raised platform for additional seating. Equipped with concert quality sound, stage and lights; a 1,250 sq. foot dance floor; HDTVs and high speed internet; this space is a wonderful setting for your wedding reception, corporate dinner or event, game-watching party and much more.

The Lariat:

The Lariat has endless possibilities for events.  Featuring a stage and full-length bar, this room is perfect for nearly any setting, including awards ceremonies, receptions or fund raising concerts.  The Lariat can be set in various configurations from conventional rounds to tall bar tables for the ultimate mix-and-mingle setting for guests of any age.

 Billy Bob’s Texas offers full service catering with a variety to fit all tastes.  Delicious smoked Texas BB! is our specialty, but our extensive catering menu includes everything from heart healthy light meals to hand cut steaks.

    The bronze statue of Billy Bob Barnett’s mentor, Benny Binion, disappeared during the night after Billy Bob’s closed in 1998.  It is now on display at the South Point Hotel in Las Vegas.

  • Filming of Pure Country

    During the filming of Pure Country, a disguised George Strait and his wife Norma, came to Billy Bob’s with members of the film crew. They celebrated in Billy Bob’s VIP room.  Billy Bob's bathroom was used for a small scene in the movie.

  • Billy Bob’s is known for discovering new talent

    Billy Bob’s is known for discovering new talent.  In one weekend in 1982, it paid Reba McEntire $3,500 on a Friday, and George Strait $4,500 on a Saturday – a fraction of what those performers command today.

  • Willie Nelson played over 50 times

    Willie Nelson has played over 50 times at Billy Bob’s Texas.  One of his fondest memories is riding a horse into the showroom.  In 2004, Willie brought his 4th of July picnic to Cowtown, drawing an estimated crowd of 10,000.

  • Tanya Tucker

    When Tanya Tucker was asked what she wanted on her tombstone, she replied “She’s not here, she’s playing at Billy Bob’s."   Tanya has been a 30-year friend of the club, delivering dynamic performances every time she stops by.

  • Chris LeDoux at his first Billy Bob’s show

     LeDoux, a former rodeo cowboy who had worked on the labor list for Billy Minick, said at a CMA Event "My name is Chris LeDoux and someday I'm going to get to play Billy Bob's".  In January of 1992, he arrived to play his first Billy Bob’s show in a motor home with a small equipment trailer. 

  • Martina McBride first came to Billy Bob's

    Martina McBride first came to Billy Bob’s as a t-shirt sales person for Garth Brooks.  Her husband was in Brooks’ production crew. 

  • Troy Aikman on-stage with Shenandoah

    Troy Aikman once jumped on-stage with Shenandoah in the 90’s to sing a version of ‘Mammas Don’t Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Cowboys’.  Troy was a regular fixture backstage and a good friend of the club.

  • “Black & Black, Back to Back”

    Clink Black played the Tarrant County Convention Center and Billy Bob’s booked his brother, Kevin Black.  The show drew a large crowd suspecting Clint might show up at his brother’s performance.  He didn’t, and the next day’s paper read “Black & Black, Back to Back."

  • Shooter Jennings

    Shooter Jennings used to attend the club with his father, Waylon Jennings and his mother, Jessi Colter, as a child.  Shooter has since become an American singer songwriter active in the country music and Southern rock genres.

  • Vanna White plays with Blain Gray Band

    While in town for a taping of Wheel of Fortune, Vanna White stopped in to play tambourine on a few numbers with the Blain Gray Band on the honky tonk stage.

  • The Dancing Machine

  • Farewell to Nolan Ryan

    One of the greatest pitchers of all time - Nolan Ryan - developed a long time relationship with the club.  On September 12th, 1993, Ryan's 'Farewell to a Legend" retirement party was held at Billy Bob's.  Film star, and Angels' owner Gene Autry - attended the event.
