Billy Bob’s Texas is now offering an intimate one-of-a-kind opportunity to experience The World’s Largest Honky Tonk like never before – the same way as your favorite stars!

The experience starts as you step into Billy Bob’s as our “Tour Manager” meets your group and escorts them through the 100,000+ sq. foot legendary venue. Walk the same steps as Willie Nelson, Kid Rock, George Strait, Reba McEntire, Ringo Starr and hundreds of other great artists.

You’ll know that you have reached Back Stage as you walk the hallway lined with historical ticket stubs as a visual scrapbook from some of our past events.

You’ll want to make sure to stop at the bar. We suggest that you start with the famous Three-Legged Monkey shot, a right of passage for entertainers – made popular by our long time Entertainment Director, Robert Gallagher.

“If these walls could talk” 

In the Green Room, there are hundreds of signatures and personal messages from the stars written on the Back Stage walls. The paparazzi (our personal professional photographer) will take photos of your group including photos backstage in front of these unique walls. You’ll also step out onto the Main Stage for another great photo opportunity – on stage at The World’s Largest Honky Tonk. Great for group or individual photos. These pics will be shared with you digitally soon after the event for distribution to your guests.

Your private bar, appetizers and delicious upscale dinner are set up in the same area that the artists gather for their pre-show activities before their concerts.

Sit down and enjoy your meal in the Back Stage Green Room. Menu options include Steak and Shrimp, Mexican Street Tacos or Build your own buffet featuring Salmon, Steak and Pork Tenderloin. Custom menus are available.

The experience wouldn’t be complete without a stop in our Gift Store. You can recap all the history to your friends and family with a 40 Year History book – included in your package!

The Experience Includes:

Admission into Billy Bob’s and use of the Back Stage Green Room for your event (5 hours total time), 2 drinks per person (additional beverage options available), Photographer (AND ALL OF THE PHOTOS TAKEN), Service Staff, your meal (customizable options), a Billy Bob’s Texas 40th Anniversary Coffee Table Book for each guest, a personalized club tour and a souvenir Back Stage pass laminate.

The Executive Package is an upscale dinner of surf and turf served on china with stainless utensils and glassware. This package will include a Charcuterie Board as an appetizer prior to the club tour and is $300 per person.

The Nuevo Tex Mex Package is a variety of street tacos served buffet style on midrange disposable wear. This package will include a nacho bar and ceviche appetizers prior to club tour and is $200 per person.

This completely customizable Backstage Pass can be combined with other activities at Billy Bob’s such as team building challenges, Cowboy College, a Mechanical Bull or Line Dance Lessons. Additional fees will apply. Price includes tax and gratuity. Available for small intimate groups (10 to 20 max guests) Sunday through Thursday only, excluding Special Events and Concert Nights.
