Unseasonable Greedings at Billy Bob’s Texas 81 Club

Doors Open and Dinner at 7 PM

Show at 8 PM

Show Description:

“Tis the season to be jolly,” or at least it would be if it weren’t for Newman Marcus Saks V! The
greedy owner of the new megamarket in town has robbed every one of their Christmas cheer!
His holiday wish list is completely unreasonable and his demands utterly unseasonable. All
Marshal Courtright wants to do is go home, relax by the fire, and await Santa’s arrival. But with
a murder to solve, his plans are evaporating faster than a snowman in July.
Seems someone finally curtailed Newman Marcus Saks’ commercialized Christmas. Could Faye
O’Schwartz, the town toymaker, have terminated his tenure as town tyrant with her Little Tykes
tools? Perhaps the animal rights activist, Francis A. Seesee, trampled him with caribou. Or were
they reindeer? Did Anita D. Light, the local madam, desire him a deadly downfall? Or maybe
The Alone Stranger rides in with real danger. One thing’s for sure, somebody’s getting a lump of
coal for Christmas, because the Marshal has his hands full with a group of suspects nuttier than a
fruitcake.

Cast of Characters:

Marshal Jim Courtright: No one loves Christmas more than the Marshal. In fact, he still
believes in Santa (and do not press him on the matter)! The only thing that can dampen his
holiday spirit is a murder and a long list of naughty suspects.
Francis A. Seesee: An animal rights activist who runs the local livery like a pampered pet spa,
Francis takes his concern for animals to extremes. And he’s not happy about the caribou on the
roof of the general store. Might he be planning more than just a protest?

The Alone Stranger: Who is that masked man?? Newman’s megamarket is driving prices down
and Mom and Pops out of their shops. Thankfully there’s a new masked rider in town to save the
day! Will this stranger leave Newman in a deadly cloud of dust as he rides off into the sunset?
Faye O’Schwartz: A maker of infamously tough toys for tykes, Faye longs to open her own
store. And she would if only she could find her mystery man. Until then, unseasonable demands
from her boss are causing her to have a blue Christmas. Might she be the one who sacked
Newman Saks?

Anita D. Light: She’s the popular madam of the most celebrated bordello in town, but Newman
Marcus wants to shut her down. She’s worked too hard to allow that greedy Grinch to can her
cathouse. Would she resort to murder to stay on top and keep her clients frequenting her home
for the holidays?
