Bull Riding
LIVE BULL RIDING EVERY FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT
9PM & 10PM $3.00 ADMISSION
Billy Bob’s Texas is the first and largest night club in the United States with live bull riding. Contrary to popular belief, Billy Bob’s has NEVER had a mechanical bull! Over the past 30 years, more than 45, 000 bulls have bucked in Billy Bob’s arena. World Champions including Tuff Hedeman, Ty Murray, and Adriano Moraes have all tested their skills in Billy Bob’s arena. Come check out the excitement each week as many up and coming competitors test their metal on the back of a bucking bull.
Bull riding is a dangerous sport and Billy Bob’s requires competitors to be pro or semi-pro athletes with a valid rider’s card from a recognized bull riders sanctioning organization. Bulls generally weigh 1,800-2,000 pounds- this is quite overwhelming when compared to the weight of an average bull rider at 150 pounds. It requires training, skill, and a good dose of courage to compete in this event.
SPRING SERIES BULL RIDING CHAMPION
Congratulations to Billy Bob’s Winter Champion Bull Rider, Luis Portales! Luis is from Keller, TX and stays on top of his game by riding bulls in Billy Bob’s arena.
