Billy Bob’s Texas is gearing up for one heck of a December. What better way to head out of 2021 in style than to add Thursday shows onto the calendar for the remainder of the year? The past couple of years have been anything but conventional for The World’s Largest, but our hardworking employees, our loyal visitors, the rough-and-tumble bull riders, and the talented musicians are what make this honky tonk so special.
Speaking of talented musicians, Ryan Bingham paid a visit to the main stage last Thursday for a SOLD OUT show. Some may know him from his iconic 2007 album mescalito, others may recognize him as Walker on the hit show Yellowstone, and some may know him for his everlasting love of tequila and Ranch Water. It’s an honor to have a true cowboy on our stage. Bingham was joined by The Texas Gentlemen for a mix of high-energy blues records and stripped-down acoustic numbers. They stayed on stage for nearly TWO hours, and even that wasn’t enough for the at-capacity crowd. There’s just something special about a room full of people knowing every word to ‘Southside of Heaven’…

Friday night, Charley Crockett kept the energy going with his one-of-a-kind sound. The reasons why people resonate with his lyrics and soulful instrumentals are clear as day. The Welcome to Hard Times artist was joined by Vincent Neil Emerson for a special performance. Check out the awesome, one-of-a-kind show artwork below, courtesy of Crockett’s official Instagram page:

Finally – last but not least: Scotty McCreery. Ever since getting his big start on American Idol, he’s been breaking hearts with his rich baritone vocals. Our very own #InternOlivia admits to watching his entire season on the show, voting for him each week. We always love having the privilege of watching artists grow musically, and we were more than happy to have McCreery on the main stage to close out a full weekend of packed shows here at Billy Bob’s.
