All of the private rooms and meeting spaces are available for rent and can be modified to accommodate any special event. The Texas Club

This room will accommodate up to 125 guests in an atmosphere reminiscent of early saloons with an etched mirror displayed behind the extended private bar. The wall décor includes wild game much like the saloons in the “Old West.” The Texas Club offers private restroom facilities, a small dance floor and window coverings giving you the ability to make your event as private or open to the club as you want it to be.

The Guitar Bar

This room will accommodate up to 130 guests in a casual Honky Tonk atmosphere. The display cases of autographed guitars, walls of neon, and flat screen televisions offer the essence of Billy Bob’s in a private setting. The large windows look out into the club so your party won’t miss out on any of the excitement! The bull riding arena and restroom facilities are just steps away from the Guitar Bar. Let our acoustic and electric guitars serve as the backdrop for your next party.

The Showroom

We can handle large events too! Billy Bob’s Showroom hosts country music’s biggest stars every Friday and Saturday night and is available to rent for your large scale event. We can accommodate dinner parties, trade shows, seminars and private concerts with seating for up to 1,900 guests. The showroom is non-smoking and houses multiple bar stations for quick and easy service. Tables, chairs, stages, and dance floors can be configured to meet your needs.
